Every dog is a unique individual, which is why pricing may vary. Without a visual assessment of your furry companion, it’s challenging to provide an exact quote. Take, for example, a Chihuahua and a scruffy terrier, despite being similar in size, their grooming requirements differ significantly.
Consider this: a fluffy, hand-scissored haircut involves more time and skill compared to a shorter, one-length clipper cut.

Grooming Application

Cancellation Policy/Extra Charges
Any dogs picked up after hours will be subjected to a $2/minute late pickup fee.
Please give 48 hours notice to cancel/reschedule to avoid being charged the full cost of your grooming appointment.
A no call/no show will be charged the full amount of the appointment.
If you cancel the day of your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the service.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be given a grace period of 15 minutes. You will be charged $1/minute after the first 15 minutes up to 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged the full price of your service.
Since each service is tailored to the specific requirements of our furry clients, the duration may vary. Our goal is to typically finish full grooming sessions within a timeframe of 3-5 hours, while bath and tidy services are usually completed in approximately 3 hours. If you have any scheduling constraints, please inform our team well in advance, and we will make every effort to accommodate your needs.
Rest assured, we’ll send you a text notification approximately 30 minutes before your pet’s grooming session is completed, ensuring you’re well-informed about their glam transformation.
